How do you know if this house is right for you?

One of the biggest challenges many potential home buyers face is carefully considering whether HOUSE, is right for them, and indeed, determining, in particular, their personal needs, priorities, etc.! As a New York State Licensed Seller for over 15 years, I often advise potential qualified buyers to come up with specific details and put them on paper (list) what they want as much as they hope. In addition, I ask them to determine in advance how much mortgage they are eligible for (get pre-approval from a mortgage banker, broker or other lender), and also provide themselves with a check – up, from the neck – up to measure their personal comfort zone. and how they can tackle the economic problems of home ownership. With this in mind, in this article we will try to briefly review, explore, analyze and discuss, using a mnemonic approach, what it means and represents, and why it is important.

one. Recovery, HVAC, House of Worship; head / heart: Start the process by considering both your logical and emotional components in your head and heart balance so that you are financially and emotionally prepared to have a home, your home! Your own home should improve your personal healing, as well as certain factors such as the efficiency and quality of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC), and, in particular, pertinent personal matters such as the convenience of meetinghouses, etc., and anything else that might matter to a person!

2. Options; opportunities; opinion; open mind: Continue, with an open mind, in everything, to the house – hunting, process! What options are you looking for, need, and are most important to you? Base your personal opinion on whether your best opportunity comes from owning a particular home!

3. Uses; unusual / normal; unique: What is unique, what are you looking for? Think about the potential uses, as well as the unusual and common aspects that might come in handy in your life!

4. Systems; strengthens; serves: Before buying a home, consult a professional engineer or surveyor who will conduct a thorough professional survey of the strengths and weaknesses of a particular home, its major and minor systems. Consider this information and whether this purchase will serve your interests!

5. Energizes; enriches; education: If you think, buy, get as much relevant education and information as possible, this will be the wisest decision! Everyone is better off – they are served when they feel a certain property, energize and enrich them!

The more you know and understand before buying and act purposefully, the better you will be able to determine HOUSE, right, for you! Since for most people the value of a home is one of their largest financial assets, doesn’t that make sense?
