1To facilitate comparability, the Group presents a pro forma total income for 2020-2021, excluding the contribution from its US subsidiary Anthem Displays which on 23 December 2020 when the Group sold part of its share in the company is no longer fully integrated but instead consolidated on an equity basis.

During the third quarter of 2021-2022, Prismaflex International recorded total sales of EUR 12.0 million, an increase of + 23.8%, on a comparable basis, at a growth rate comparable to the first six-month period. This development takes total sales for nine monthsperiod to EUR 35.2 million (+ 25.3%), a level close to that recorded in 2019–2020, on a comparable basis, before the health crisis. This performance is driven by the printing activity because the Group has only delivered a small part of its order backlog of hardware.

Printing activity for the 9-month period amounts to EUR 25.9 million, which gives a strong increase in activity of +45.6% compared with the same period 2019-2020.Commercial and technical investments are beginning to pay off. Printing activity excluding Home Decor, (EUR 20.9 million for the 9 months), which was hit hard by the health crisis, continues to grow quarter by quarter and this quarter was higher than Q3 2019-2020pre-crisis levels. The home furnishing business is also developing well despite an increasingly demanding basis for comparison with the total sales for 9 monthsperiod up +45.2% to EUR 5.0 million.

Hardware activity sales for the 9-month period amount to EUR 9.3 million, a decrease of 9.9% compared to 2020-2021 on a comparable basis. Sales of LED screens accounted for EUR 4.3 million of total sales, compared to EUR 7.8 million pro forma for the same period in 2020-2021.Deliveries of international contracts recently won in Germany and Africa will begin normally during the fourth quarter and will be able to offset a large part of the lag. The significant increase in traditional activities, especially static signage, is confirmed by the total sales for 9 months

1/2

period of EUR 5.0 million (compared to EUR 2.5 million for the same period 2020-2021 and EUR 4.7 million in

2019-2020).

Outlook 2021-2022

Order intake for the two divisions remained dynamic during the third quarter, especially with an addition to the order for digital columns and a new order for large-format LED screens in Germany. The order backlog continues to develop to EUR 16.9 million on 31 December 2021 (compared with EUR 14.7 million on 30 September 2021), which provides greater visibility for the end of the financial year and the beginning of the coming year.

The order backlog for hardware amounts to EUR 10.4 million and activity will return to growth during the fourth quarter of 2021-2022

mainly due to the resumption of international deliveries.

The strong demand for Printing continues and activity should also consolidate its growth dynamics in the coming months while limiting inflationary pressures on supply.

Prismaflex International reiterates the goal of a return to significant and profitable growth 2021-2022.
