Store Operations Assistant, Part-Time – Axios Charlotte

Responsibilities:
• You are the first point of contact with our customers and will bring our brand to life by creating relationships
• You will enhance our customers shopping experience, by providing excellent customer service, from helping them to customize their next piece of furniture, or choosing home decor to freshen up their space
• You’ll strive to create a seamless and frictionless customer experience and bring a collaborative, kind, and fun energy to the sales floor
• You will offer information to the customer on our merchandise and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently
You will support the sales floor, check out and back of house processes including, but not limited to:
• Unboxing, tagging and merchandising product on the sales floor
• Maintaining an accurate inventory count and alerting the buying team when merchandise is running low
• You will provide assistance with Instagram Stories, as needed

Requirements:
• Previous retail experience a plus
• Computer, technology, and social media savvy
